COVID Health and Safety Protocols @ VSLive! Las Vegas

Visual Studio Live! is working closely with Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino to provide a safe and healthy experience for all. Enhanced measures are being implemented in accordance with state and local regulations and following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Due to Visual Studio Live! Conference's partially vaccinated customer base, the conference will enforce multi-layered interventions to reduce transmission of COVID-19 and help protect all attendees, speakers, vendors, and staff.

Everyone attending the event must agree to the VSLive! Las Vegas COVID-19 Health Protocols during the registration process. All event attendees, speakers, vendors, and staff will also sign a waiver during the COVID Antigen Rapid Nasal testing process and provide a cell phone number for test results and contact tracing.

All attendees, speakers, vendors, and staff must:

  • Wear masks in public indoor settings to attend the event
  • Have negative COVID Antigen Rapid Mid-Nasal test on the first day of event (will be administered onsite by Healthcare Solution Center)
  • Choose between two onsite COVID Protocols:

Option 1: Voluntarily provide proof of vaccination

  • Attendees may provide proof of full vaccination prior to the start of the event or by showing their vaccination card to staff at the onsite testing site.
  • If proof of vaccination is provided, attendees will receive a colored wristband after their negative rapid COVID-19 test and be exempt from daily temperature checks and health attestation for the remainder of the week.

Option 2: Pass daily COVID screening protocols

  • Attendees who choose not to share proof of vaccination must clear daily temperature checks and submit daily health attestations after the initial negative rapid COVID-19 test on the first day of the conference to receive a daily color-coded wristband giving them access to the conference area and session rooms.
  • For daily temperature screening and health attestation and to receive your daily color-coded wristband (after your initial negative rapid COVID-19 test), please visit the Daily Wristband Station (before entering the conference area).
